A great way to use up Bananas that are going a bit off. Sweet enough to be satisfying, healthy enough to not feel too guilty.

- Cut up the bananas (doesn’t have to look pretty it will get all mushy…mmm… mushy).
- Throw them in a non stick frying pan on medium heat stirring often.
- Add sugary stuff and vanilla
- Eat alone (not by yourself loner) or over ice cream
