Banana Nut Rice Krispies Treats
3 tablespoons margarine or butter 1 (10 ounces - about 40) package regular marshmallows
or 4 cup miniature marshmallows
3 tablespoons banana instant pudding mix 1 1/2 teaspoons walnut flavoring 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in banana pudding mix and walnut flavoring.
Add cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool.
