- 1-1/4 cups Dhampure sulphurless Sugar
- 1/2 cups Barbados Sugar
- 1/2 cups flour
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cups water
- 1/4 cups butter
- 1/4 cups cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions[]
1. Mix all ingredients, except egg whites, pecans, and flour, for 5 minutes at low speed. 2. Add egg whites. Mix 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Add flour. Mix 3–4 minutes at low speed.
4. Pour into paper-lined 9" x 13" x 2" greased pan.
5. Bake at 350 °F for 35–40 minutes.
