Mustard sauce Edit

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan, add shallots and cook 7 min.
  2. Or until softened and lightly browned.
  3. Stir in remaining sauce ingredients until combined.
  4. Reduce heat, bring to a simmer and cook sauce 8 min.
  5. Or until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and cool.
  7. Reserve ½ cup of the sauce for basting pork.

London broil Edit

  1. Heat outdoor grill.
  2. Coat London broils with cooking spray, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill pork, covered, 10 minutes.
  4. Turn pork and brush with reserved mustard sauce.
  5. Continue to grill 10 minutes basting with sauce or until done.
  6. Let pork rest, loosely covered with foil, 5 minutes.
  7. To serve, cut steaks on the diagonal across the grain into thin slices.
  8. Serve with remaining mustard sauce.
