Two 16 ounce cans of stewed tomatoes, do not drain One 32 ounce can of tomato sauce One 12 ounce can of tomato paste 1 tablespoon of sugar 2 cloves garlic, pressed 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2 teaspoons of basil 2 teaspoons of oregano 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1 shake chili powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1 pound of fresh mushrooms, sliced

Saut� onion and green pepper in olive oil until onion is clear. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 2 to 3 hours.
