Makes 6 servings.



  1. Cook Sausage in covered pan in 1/2 cup water about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from water and cut into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
  3. Cook Onion in greased skillet until tender but not brown.
  4. Stir in soup, green beans with their liquid and mustard.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Simmer about 10 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Serve over fluffy rice.
