beans with coconut & cilantro

  1. Heat the oil & sizzle the garlic together with the chili powder for half a minute.
  2. Next, add the cumin, coriander, turmeric & cilantro leaves.
  3. Cook for another minute or two, stirring often to blend.
  4. Add the coconut & mix this in too.
  5. Add the cooked beans & potatoes.
  6. Season & then pour in the lime or lemon juice.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes or so until everything is blended together.
  8. They serve with green vegetables.
