Ingredients[]
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1½ teaspoons anchovy paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ⅛ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 pound sirloin steak, grilled and sliced
- 1 cup finely chopped spinach
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- spinach leaves or romaine lettuce
Directions[]
- Combine cheese, butter, lemon juice, mustard, lemon peel, anchovy paste, garlic and hot pepper sauce in large bowl.
- Add rice, steak, spinach, walnuts and to cheese mixture.
- Serve over spinach leaves or romaine leaves.
