  1. Combine cheese, butter, lemon juice, mustard, lemon peel, anchovy paste, garlic and hot pepper sauce in large bowl.
  2. Add rice, steak, spinach, walnuts and to cheese mixture.
  3. Serve over spinach leaves or romaine leaves.
