Makes 6 servings.



  1. Tenderize Steak.
  2. Cut into 1-inch strips.
  3. Coat with seasoned flour.
  4. Brown in oil.
  5. Add Onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
  6. Stir in wine, broth and Mushrooms with liquid.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until tender.
  9. Serve over beds of hot rice. Garnish with tomato wedges and fresh parsley.
