  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and gently fry the garlic for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano and cook for a further 10 minutes.
  3. Add the meat and leave it to cook in the sauce over a low heat for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
