This is a very easy and fast meal and is very yummy too. I used corn tortillas and the Cheddar cheese but sharp.



  1. Cook beef in skillet until well browned.
  2. Pour off fat.
  3. Stir in soup, sour cream, salsa, water, tortillas.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Stir.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
