  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless round steak, cut into 1-inch squares
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 1 10-ounce package frozen cut green beans
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice
