  1. Place consommé in pan, add water and strained orange juice, bring to boil.
  2. Reduce heat, simmer and uncovered 2 minutes.
  3. Cut carrots and zucchini into thin strips.
  4. Bring pan of water to boil, add carrots and zucchini, cook, uncovered, 2 minutes
  5. Drain, rinse under cold running water.
  6. Add vegetables to soup.
  7. Refrigerate covered until chilled.
