- Pour beer in flour until thin mixture.
- Add 1 beaten egg, Worcestershire, and mustard.
- Dip vegetable or fish in batter; then roll through crushed potato chips.
- Drop into deep fryer at 300 °F.
- Cook 3 to 4 minutes until light brown.
