Beer Batter II

Description

Use this for onion rings or fried chicken.

Ingredients

• ¼ lb all-purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 6 oz beer
• seltzer water to thin to proper consistency
• salt, as desired

Directions

1. The thicker the batter, the heavier the coating.
2. Adjust to your preference.
3. Mix eggs and flour together, then thin out with beer and then seltzer.
