Another great brine recipe that is used at summer cookouts at my house. We use it on trout, salmon and Flounder. Yummy.

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and stir until salt and Sugar and dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  4. Soak fish in brine for 2 hours before smoking or grilling.
