  1. Sift flour, cayenne, salt, and pepper together.
  2. Add beer-mix well.
  3. Add eggs, egg yolks, and Dijon mustard-mix well.
  4. Add sour cream, butter, and parsley.
  5. Prepare as for crepes or pancakes.
  6. Serve warm, with seafood or as desired.
