Beer Fish Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Catsup (use a Hot Sauce like Kerns)
• 1/4 cup beer
• 1 tbsp Prepared mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Prepared horseradish

Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Chill and serve with fish.
Makes 1-½ cups.
