- 1 cup beetroot
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- chives for garnish

- Boil the grated beetroot for few minutes in water
- Season with crushed garlic, salt and mayonnaise, and put the salad in a serving bowl.
- Garnish with chives.
