  • 1 cup beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 table spoon mayonise
  • chives for garnish

Directions Edit

1. Boil the grated beetroot for few minutes in boiling water.

2. Now seasoned with crushed garlic, salt and Mayonnaise and put the salad in a serving bowl.

3. Before serving garnished it with chives.
