The lemonade base for these icy pops is made using a sweetener with half the calories of sugar: That’s one sweet treat.
Ingredients[]
- 1 cup measures-like-sugar sweetener
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups frozen whole strawberries
Directions[]
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until sweetener dissolves.
- Pour mixture into a blender.
- Add strawberries; process until smooth.
- Pour mixture into 10 (3½-ounce) ice-pop molds.
- Top with lid; insert craft sticks.
- Freeze 4 hours or until thoroughly frozen.
Yield: Serves 10 (serving size: 1 pop)
