Best Baked Chicken

 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
 2 Tbsp. butter
 1/2 c. flour
 2 t. poultry seasoning
 1/2 t. salt
 1/2 t. pepper
 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
 Heat oil and butter in a Dutch oven.
 Mix together flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
 Dredge chicken in flour mixture and brown evenly in Dutch oven.  
 Cover and place in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.  Remove lid and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
