  1. Mix chocolate And 2 T. of Liqueur in Top of double boiler Placed Over Simmering water.
  2. When chocolate Has Melted, Gradually Stir in Cream.

  • For a Thinner Sauce, Add Another T. of Liqueur.
  • Serve Hot Over Ice cream, Pound Cake or Fruit.
