  1. Spread mixture on bottom crust.
  2. Top with flour tortilla.
  3. Spread ⅓ of bean mixture over tortilla.
  4. Top with layer of shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat layers—tortilla, ⅓ of bean mixture, and layer of shredded cheese—to make three layers in all.
  6. Cover top layer of cheese mixture with remaining pie crust.
  7. Cut slits in crust to vent.
  8. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes in 350°F oven.
  9. Let stand five minutes before serving.
