This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brigand Estate in Wills Point, Texas in 1982.

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, then whip until light.
  2. Serve with bread. This is great on pancakes, waffles or muffins. Reserve the homemade, fruit-based butter in the refrigerator.
