Ingredients Edit ½ liter milk 45 g butter 45 g flour salt and nutmeg to taste Directions Edit Mix the flour with a little cold water to make a paste. Bring the milk to the boil and bind it with the flour paste. Leave to boil for a short while and take off the heat. Add the cubed butter. Stir and add salt to taste. Then pour over the cauliflower and sprinkle some nutmeg on top.
