Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 Cup Chef's salad dressing (recipe Follows)
- 1/4 Cup Crumbled Blue Cheese (1 Oz)
In Small Bowl, Mix Chef's salad dressing Mix And Blue Cheese. Refrigerate 30 Minutes Before Serving. Makes About 1 1/4 Cup.Chef's salad dressing Mix:
- 2 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh buttermilk
- 2 T. vinegar
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 T. Worcestershire
- 1/4t. Dry mustard
- 1/2 T. salt
- 1/8 T. garlic powder
In Medium Bowl, Mix All Ingredients. Stir With Whisk Until Thoroughly Blended. Pour Into a 1 Quart Container With a Tight Fitting Cover. Label With Date And Contents. Store in Refrigerator. Use Within 4 Weeks.Source: my Old Recipes
