Blue Ribbon Beef Nachos
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Small Onion, Chopped
- 16 Oz. Can refried beans
- 16 Oz. Jar Salsa
- 6 Oz. Can Pitted ripe olives, Chopped
- 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 green onion, Chopped
- 1 T. salt
Tortilla Chips
Sliced ripe olives And Chopped green onions And tomatoes, Optional
in a Skillet, Cook Beef And Onion Over Medium Heat Until Meat is no Longer Pink; Drain. Stir in beans, Salsa, The Can of Chopped, Cheese, chili powder, The 1 green onion And salt; Heat Through.
Serve Over Tortilla Chips And Top With The Optional, green onions And tomatoes.
