- 2 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1 1/4 cups apple juice
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- In a blender, whirl blueberries, apple juice, ice cream, milk and cinnamon until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
