- Serves: 6-8
- 4 cups blueberries
- 1 cup sugar, pinch salt
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- powdered sugar, nutmeg
- 4 slices French toast
- 1 cup cream, whipped
- Cook berries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
- Pour into a shallow 8"x8" baking dish and arrange slices of French toast on top.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nutmeg and bake in a quick oven at 425 °F for about 20 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream.
