  • Serves: 6-8



  1. Cook berries, sugar, salt and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour into a shallow 8"x8" baking dish and arrange slices of French toast on top.
  3. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and nutmeg and bake in a quick oven at 425 °F for about 20 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream.
