BLUEBERRY FLOAT This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Brampton Estate in Heath, Texas in 1988. 1 cup fresh blueberries 1/2 cup granulated sugar 3 cups milk 1 pint vanilla ice cream slightly softened Puree berries and sugar in blender until smooth. Add milk and 1 cup ice cream. Cover and whirl until just blended. Pour into four tall glasses and top each with a scoop of the remaining ice cream. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
