- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Combine blueberries, kale, yogurt, banana, protein powder, oats, chia and 1/2 cup ice in blender until smooth.
