blueberry LASSI

2 cups blueberries 1 cup plain yogurt 6 tablespoons Superfine sugar ice cubes Puree the blueberries, yogurt, and sugar in a blender or food processor. Pass through a sieve to separate the liquid from the skins. Chill. To serve, put a couple of ice cubes into a tall glass and pour the Lassi over them. This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups of beverage.
