Brandied peaches
- 1 Can Sliced Cling peaches (1 Lb, 4 Oz.)
- 2 cinnamon Sticks, Cracked
- 1 T. Whole Cloves
- 1/4 Cup peach brandy
Drain Syrup From peaches Into a Small Pan. Add Cracked cinnamon Sticks And Cloves, Bring to Boil. Lower Heat And Simmer 5 Minutes. Stir in peach brandy. Put peaches in a Small Glass or Ceramic Bowl. Pour Syrup Over And Stir to Mix. Cover Bowl With Saran Wrap And Refrigerate at Least 2 Days. Makes 2 Cups.
