  1. In a medium bowl, beat ice cream and brandy with electric mixer on low speed until slightly softened.
  2. Increase speed to med and beat until smooth.
  3. Place mixture in freezer container.
  4. Cover and freeze 8 hr or overnight; mixture will not freeze solid.
  5. Chill 4 - 6 brandy snifters in freezer.
  6. To serve: spoon ice cream mixture into chilled snifters.
  7. Top with strawberries and blueberries and drizzle with orange-flavored liqueur.
