Ingredients[]
- 4 oz (½ cup) sugar 125 g
- 2 oz (¼ cup) butter or margarine 50-60 ml
- 1 tsp vanilla 5 ml
- 3 tsps rum or brandy 45 ml
- ½ cup warm water or milk 125 ml
Directions[]
- Cream sugar and margarine.
- Add warm liquid. Mix well.
- Add rum or brandy and vanilla extract.
- Put in a container.
- Serve over black-fruit cake.
