  1. Section the chicken, salt.
  2. Lightly pound with the wooden hammer, salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece with the eggs beaten with a teaspoon of oil, flour.
  4. Fry on both sides in hot lard.
  5. Serve with French fries, sautéed vegetables or a salad.
