Breakfast (or Anytime) Smoothie

Ingredients

• ⅓ - ½ cup vanilla low fat yogurt
• ¼ cup orange juice
• 1 banana, chunked
• about 8 frozen (or fresh) strawberries, or equivalent of raspberries, thawed

Directions

1. Blend until smooth in electric blender or hand-held blender.
