  1. Steam broccoli, covered, 4 minutes.
  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add shallots; cook 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and salt.
  6. Drizzle butter mixture over broccoli, and toss gently to coat.

Yield: 4 servings
