Broccoli & Rice Casserole

 2 small cans cream of mushroom soup

1 lb. Velveeta cubed 1 1/2 C. Minute Rice 1 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli cuts

 Mix all together.  Spread in a casserole dish.  Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.  Uncover, stir and bake another 5 minutes.
