Brother's Shrimp Dip

1 pound fresh shrimp 1/2 cup horseradish 1 cup mayonnaise 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 to 2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 t. cayenne pepper

Boil and devein shrimp. Cut into bite size pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve with melba rounds. Variation: Omit horseradish and mayonnaise. Substitute 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 cup each of chopped celery and chopped onion. Source: Tuck Reaves, Pam Mitchell Makes 5 cups
