  1. Cook rice according to package directions, substituting soy sauce for 2 tablespoons water.
  2. Combine rice, broccoli, chicken, ½ cup cheese, almonds, black pepper, garlic powder and nutmeg in large bowl.
  3. Place in greased 3-quart baking dish or in individual greased baking dishes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 °F for 20 to 25 minutes.
