Makes 8 servings



  1. Combine cooked rice, green and red peppers, Onion, Ham, egg and garlic.
  2. Add flour, salt and pepper, mixing until combined. Add more flour, if necessary to bind ingredients.
  3. Shape into 2-inch patties. Pan-fry in oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp and lightly browned.
