  1. Bring to a boil in a small saucepan water and bulghur wheat.
  2. Simmer, covered until liquid absorbed.
  3. Blend to a fine powder in a blender cashews.
  4. Add to bulgur and blend again.
  5. Pour vanilla and milk or yogurt over bulghur wheat and cook 5 minutes more.
  6. Add the sliced banana.
