Burgers Au Jus

1 lb. ground beef 4 T. A-1 steak sauce 2 cups au jus, homemade or prepared from dry mix 4 hard rolls, split

Mix beef lightly with 3 T. A-1 steak sauce in bowl. Shape into 4 patties. Broil, barbecue or pan fry until beef is done as you like it. Mix au jus and remaining A-1 steak sauce in small pan. Bring to boil. Put a burger on each roll. Serve burgers with au jus for dipping Serves 4 Source: My Old Recipes
