Butter Cake

Ingredients

• ½ cup flour
• 5 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 250 g butter
• peel of 1 lemon

Directions

1. Whip butter and sugar in a mixer, add eggs, whip until sugar is dissolved and add flour gradually.
2. Grate lemon peel and add to the dough.
3. Put the dough in a well greased mold and bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes on 200°C.
