• 3 Oz. Blue Cheese
• 1/4 Cup butter
• 2 T. Cream

Have butter And Cheese at Room Temperature. Smooth Them Together And Blend Din The Cream. This Sis Not Only Good on Veggies, But Also as a Spread or Dip. Makes 3/4 Cup.Source: my Old Recipes
