Ingredients

• 3 oz. blue cheese
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tsp cream

Directions

1. Have butter and cheese at room temperature.
2. Smooth the ingredients together and blend in the cream.

Additional Notes

• This recipe makes 3/4 cup.
• This is not only good on veggies but also as a spread or dip.
