Buttermilk Meat Loaf

1lb ground beef

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/2 cup catsup

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 teaspoon salt

Pepper to taste

1.4 cup chopped onions

1.2 cup dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Flour (small amount to be rubbed on top of meat loaf)

mix ground beef with egg; add remaining ingredients, except the

flour in the order listed above. Mix well; form into loaf and

place in baking pan. Rub the small amount of flour on top of

the meat loaf. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about

45 minutes or until done.
