Ingredients[]
- 1 cup nut milk ( I use Califia unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Clean Program)
- 2 medjool dates, pitted (optional)
- 1 cup riced cauliflower, frozen
- 2 ounces coconut meat, frozen (I use inner-eco fresh young coconut)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (this is where that buttery flavor comes from!)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- pinch of pink salt
- 2 handfuls of ice cubes
